Meeting Room Sets

Banquet Rounds: This setup consists of standard round tables with chairs around with seating for 8-10 people at each table.  This setup may be used for Professional Development Workshops.

Reception: This setup consists of tall cocktail tables with no chairs

Theater: This setup consists of rows of chairs facing a stage area, head table, or speaker. There are no tables in a theater setup. The rows are usually divided by center and/or side aisles.  This setup may be used for Professional Development Workshops.

Caucus Sessions: The meeting rooms are set up with two or three roundtables that seat 10 people. Additional chairs are placed on the side of the room.

Discussion Paper Sessions: the meeting rooms are set up with one roundtable that seats 10 people. Additional chairs are placed on the side of the room.
