Caucus Proposals Submission Instructions 

The Caucus Committee invites proposals for caucus sessions to be held at the 80th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management, 7–11 August 2020 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Caucuses encompass a wide variety of topics and we encourage proposals that feature nascent ideas or ongoing themes that would be interesting to the AOM community. Innovative proposals that provide conference participants with opportunities to network, collaborate and develop new ideas that include, but are not limited to, the conference theme “20/20: Broadening Our Sight” should be submitted. The conference theme invites a wide-ranging spectrum of theoretical perspectives, methods, and applications, which address the challenges of self-imposed dichotomies in studies and experiences of management and organizations, and broaden our views of organizations, society and our profession with increased synergy and meaningful collaborations. 

All Caucus submissions must be made via the AOM Submission Center. The site opened for submissions in the beginning of December 2019 and the deadline was 14 January 2020 at (T 17:00 ET UTC-5) EST. The meeting rooms are set up with a maximum of three round tables that seat 10 people each with additional chairs set on the perimeter of the room, if possible. A flipchart and markers will be available for use.
